The free plan costs nothing. For the $3/month hosting subscription, here's how cancellations and refunds work.

Free plan
The Silt app is free, so there is nothing to be charged for and nothing to refund. You can use it forever without paying.
Hosting subscription
Hosting is billed at $3.00 USD per month and renews automatically. You can cancel any time from your account; your hosting stays active until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again after that.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you’re not happy with hosting, email us within 14 days of a charge and we’ll refund that payment in full — no questions asked.
After 14 days
Outside the 14-day window we don’t provide refunds for partial billing periods, since you keep access through the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling simply stops the next renewal.
How to request a refund or cancel
Cancel from your account settings, or email santisonzini1234@gmail.com with the email address on your account and we’ll take care of it. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
